This deluxe 4-star contemporary hotel has recently undergone a GBP 7 million renovation, with every facet of the hotel having been totally transformed.
With superb facilities in an enviable setting overlooking the Ironbridge Gorge – a UNESCO World Heritage Site, The Telford Golf & Spa Hotel - A QHotel offers the ideal location for an enjoyable break. Completed at the beginning of December 2007, the extensive renovation has totally transformed this hotel into a quality modern establishment.
The hotel offers every modern comfort including its own 18-hole championship golf course and well-equipped gym. Situated within its own grounds, it is a great get away from it all location, yet situated within a 5-minute drive of the centre of Telford.
Our newly transformed deluxe leisure and spa facilities are now complete. These comprise of the following:
- A new leisure entrance and reception areas - relocated to provide direct access from the car park as well as an internal link to the hotel.
- New luxurious changing rooms - refitted male and female changing rooms with luxury lockers and shower facilities.
- New family changing area - disabled/family room with new lockers, baby changing area and shower.
- New spa facility - with 6 fully air conditioned beauty treatment rooms and a relaxation area for some quiet extra time following your treatments.
- Fully refurbished, generously sized 15x10 metre pool.
- New poolside experiences - luxury poolside facilities including a sauna, ice fountain and aroma steam room, ‘experience shower’ and heated loungers.
- New Technogym cardiovascular and resistance training area - brand new, incorporating entertainment systems to enhance your workout.
- New aerobics/dance studio.

Our 1779 restaurant and bar overlook the famous Ironbridge Gorge, with terrace seating on fine days. The restaurant is both stylish and contemporary, and serves a modern British menu, fine wines and beers.
By car:
- Leave the M54 at junction 4 and take the 2nd exit signposted A442.
- At the second roundabout, turn left onto the A442 signposted Bridgenorth.
- Take the 2nd slip road, continuing on the A442 for Madeley, Ironbridge Gorge Museum.
- Filter right, remaining on the A442.
- At the 1st roundabout turn right following the brown tourist sign for Telford Golf Club.
- Pass the Murco garage on the right hand side and turn left at the first roundabout for Sutton Hill.
- Proceed along this road and the hotel is situated on the left hand side.
